Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required to start (supplier will initiate at offer).
Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (overtime possible)

Summary:
Assemble and test electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products per drawings and work instructions.
Work with components ranging from microscopic to large, using magnification when needed.
Operate hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., tweezers, torque drivers, cutters, screwdrivers).
Use microscopes, precision measuring tools, and electronic test equipment to ensure quality.
Perform accurate data entry for production processes.
Collaborate with team members on process improvements and throughput optimization.
Requirements:
Interim Secret clearance required to start (supplier will initiate at offer).
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills for timekeeping and digital work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
Knowledge of ESD procedures; ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
Prior experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
