We are seeking a detail‑oriented Assembler to support the assembly of mechanical and electrical aircraft components in a production and MRO environment. This role requires following detailed work instructions, using hand and power tools, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation
• Install parts, sub‑assemblies, and hardware while ensuring proper fit and alignment
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for defects or quality issues
• Perform basic functional checks or tests as required
• Document work completed and report discrepancies or non‑conforming parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, or work orders
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work on‑site and maintain reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation or aerospace assembly experience
• Electrical or mechanical assembly experience
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or MRO environments

During Contract:

• $17.75 an hour, based on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
