Job Title: Operator – Aviation Assembler
Job Description
This role is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing and production activities related to aerospace assembly. You will work at a designated workstation, follow written instructions in English, and complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency while wiring aerospace circuit breakers and assembling small windings.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow detailed work instructions in English to complete aerospace assembly tasks accurately.
- Wire aerospace circuit breakers according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Perform small winding assembly using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Work at a designated workstation and maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area.
- Carry out repetitive manufacturing and production tasks with consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Follow all facility procedures and guidelines required for working in an ITAR-regulated environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or defects identified during assembly.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with assembly tasks, particularly in a wiring or electronic assembly setting.
- Ability to wire aerospace circuit breakers following detailed specifications.
- Ability to perform small winding assembly with precision.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Eligibility and ability to work in an ITAR-regulated facility.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in aerospace assembly or related industries is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment used in wiring and assembly work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following standardized processes.
- Comfort working at a fixed workstation for extended periods.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
