Working with an industry leading company in the Richardson area, PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing team!

Pay: $19/hr (1st shift) - $20.90/hr (2nd shift)
Schedule: Monday through Friday (OT available)
- 1st shift 7:15am - 4pm
- 2nd shift 4pm - 12:45am

What You’ll Be Doing

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed work instructions.
Utilize hand tools, smart torque drills, and other equipment to ensure precise assembly.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 6-12+ months mechanical assembly experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will have to be verified.
Background checks, including criminal history verification, and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
Basic computer skills for tracking progress and following instructions.
Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
