PDS Tech Commercial is proud to partner with a world-renowned medical device manufacturer in Gainesville, FL. We are seeking motivated Packaging Technicians to join the team and play a vital role in delivering life-changing products to patients around the world.
What You’ll Do
As a Packaging Technician, you’ll be an integral part of the production process, ensuring every product is carefully packaged, compliant with industry standards, and ready to reach those who need it most. Your role directly impacts patient safety and product reliability, while contributing to the success of a trusted global brand.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging equipment to meet daily production goals.
Perform all work in accordance with strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with team members to manage resources efficiently in a clean room environment.
Inspect and verify packaged materials for accuracy, labeling, and integrity.
Maintain detailed production records and communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment through teamwork and respect.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in clean room operations or medical device manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Dependable, positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Prior experience with packaging or production line equipment.
Familiarity with FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.60 per hour
