Responsibilities:
- Verify routine product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements
- Document and provide objective evidence of inspection results
- Perform audits, surveillance, and process monitoring activities
- Identify, document, and track product discrepancies and non-conformances
- Segregate and control non-conforming material (NCM) to prevent unintended use
- Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming conditions
- Support and participate in customer product/process verification reviews
- Identify repetitive or systemic quality issues and initiate corrective action requests (CARs)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required (vocational training or Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or other regulated industry
- 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a production or quality environment
- Work Requirements: Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, digital micrometers, optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, go/no-go gages)
- Experience navigating CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System)
- Experience working with REDARS and IVT systems
