* High school diploma or GED
* 3+ years of experience inspecting or working with aircraft electrical systems, electrical components, wiring, or related electrical installations
* 5+ years of Aerospace Quality Inspection experience
* 5+ years of experience performing product or process inspections
* 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints
* Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts
* Read, interpret, and apply aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints to validate conformity of installed systems
* Read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Electrical inspection experience on aircraft systems, avionics, wiring, or integrated electrical components
* Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) inspection experience on large aircraft platforms
* Experience in aerospace manufacturing, quality, or other regulated industries
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or eligibility for FAA Repairman Certificate
* Experience with Boeing 7XX aircraft or military aircraft platforms
* Experience supporting Executive Fleet aircraft inspection operations Job Duties & Functions
* Inspect electrical systems, wiring, and avionics installations to ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory standards
* Implement quality assurance and safety inspection plans across assigned aircraft systems
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections of production and maintenance activities
* Identify and document quality deficiencies and communicate findings to responsible personnel
* Maintain quality assurance documentation and inspection records in accordance with program requirements
* Support compliance verification across all phases of aircraft electrical installation and maintenance activities
* Evaluate work performed against contract specifications and applicable aerospace standards Physical Requirements & Environment
* Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and work at elevated platforms
* Must be able to work in confined spaces and tight aircraft areas
* Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and climbing required
* Exposure to noise and use of personal protective equipment required
* Pass visual acuity and color perception testing required
* Frequent exposure to aircraft materials and regulated work environments
