Production Electromechanical Assembler
Location: Rochester, NH
Pay: $21/hr and up, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Production Electromechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Rochester, NH. In this role, you will assemble, test, and inspect electromechanical systems that support critical industries worldwide. Whether you bring direct assembly experience or transferable skills—like tinkering with small engine repair, working with tools, or navigating Excel and multi-step computer processes—we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components using manual and semi-automated methods
Operate and maintain assembly tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic testing systems
Conduct basic soldering, inspection, and functional testing
Identify defects and communicate issues to team leads
Support production across multiple product lines and assist with special projects
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (or related mechanical/technical experience)
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and documentation
Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
Comfortable with computers, diagnostic tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge a plus)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of soldering standards and quality improvement processes
Familiarity with manufacturing systems
Understanding of electrical and pneumatic principles

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
