Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support our business operations across both service delivery and product manufacturing. This role is responsible for ensuring our products and services meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The QA Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with production and service teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards such as ISO, industry-specific, or internal guidelines.
- Conduct internal and external audits, process reviews, and risk assessments.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products for defects.
- Document and investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintain calibration records of testing and inspection equipment.
- Monitor service delivery processes to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Essential Skills
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles in manufacturing and/or services.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, process improvement tools, and compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9110 or similar quality management systems.
- Experience with FAA procedures and documentation processes.

Work Environment
Flexible start times between 6-8 am, with an 8.5-hour shift and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
