Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay Rate: $24.75/hour

Position OverviewThe Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting products on assembly lines to ensure they meet required quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and consistency in maintaining quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Quality AssuranceConduct inspections on assembly line products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify defects and inconsistencies and take appropriate action
Follow detailed operating procedures, safety standards, and product specifications
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Documentation & ReportingPerform basic data entry and document inspection results
Maintain accurate and organized quality records
Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and team members
Production SupportWork closely with production teams to maintain quality output
Support continuous quality improvement efforts
Adapt to changes in production demands and priorities
Performance ExpectationsMaintain consistent quality inspection accuracy
Demonstrate strong attention to detail over extended periods
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months of related experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
Ability to read, write, and understand English (procedures, safety standards, labels)
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Basic data entry and typing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Environment & Physical RequirementsAssembly line manufacturing environment
Continuous standing and movement throughout shift
Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Vision requirement: near vision capability of 20/40 (with or without corrective lenses)

Pay Details: $24.75 per hour
