What You Will Do  

This amazing opportunity for a Quality Review Coordinator Associate is on first shift, 6:30 am to 3 pm.

Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

Understand and execute key aspects of supplier quality assurance to achieve best-in-class supplier quality, delivery, and service

Support the shop floor in addressing raw material issues by collaborating with the shop and Module Center quality teams

Collect, compile, and present COPQ data to drive continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier in reaction to escapes and in support of cost and lead-time reduction

Investigate, document, and close supplier investigations, escapes, and nonconformances

Utilize 8D problem solving methodology to ensure robust root cause investigation and corrective action implementation

Lead vendor corrective action board (VCAB) reviews to address quality signature performance, trends, and nonconformance activity

Create and maintain key relationships across multiple disciplines with both the supplier and P&W to resolve production challenges

Support procurement and other P&W internal & external customers

Work alongside engineering and supply chain to execute proactive supply base improvement plans

Support domain CORE initiatives

Perform JC&L2 ITC classifications

Qualifications You Must Have

•High School or General Equivalency Diploma

•3+ years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations

or

•Associates Degree and 2 years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations

•Experience interfacing with SAP and Documentum

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
