Daher Aircraft Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer with 10+ years of experience in aerospace production environments to lead process design, optimization and production organization. This position combines technical depth with organizational leadership, ensuring compliance to type design requirements while guaranteeing product manufacturability and production efficiency. The role will serve as a key partner to the Manufacturing Engineering Lead, providing hands-on support and guiding initiatives that position Kodiak for success in 2026 and beyond.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
Process Design & Optimization: Develop and improve manufacturing methods, including mBOMs, routings, procedures, layouts, tooling, and fixtures for aircraft structures, component machining, avionics installation, and final assembly while ensuring compliance with type design requirements.
Change Management: Ensure all type design changes are properly incorporated into the manufacturing plan, work instructions, and mBOM, and all mBOM changes adhere to configuration management processes.
Production Support: Review, analyze and validate design change requests from production teams for feasibility, cost impact, and technical justification.
Equipment & Tooling: Evaluate, test, and select production equipment, tools, and materials in collaboration with the tooling team, production and purchasing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve non-conformities and improve supplier performance.
What you need to have:
Solid knowledge of material properties, processing, and systems (electrical, mechanical, fluids, heat transfer).
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, including machining, welding, composites, and assembly.

Information related to the position:
Compensation for this position starts at a base salary of $110,000, plus eligibility for an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
