Pay Estimated: $32.53 - $37.53/Hour

This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Lead production and material planning efforts across concurrent engineering teams to support program execution
- Develop and maintain monthly production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand and capacity
- Build and manage complex Bills of Material (BOMs) and material structures within planning systems
- Identify and implement process flow improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput
- Prepare labor and material forecasts to support planning and estimating activities
- Interface with supply chain and external suppliers to resolve delivery issues and mitigate risks
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or material planning
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and methodologies
- Experience with material and labor estimating / proposal processes
- Proficiency with material planning systems/tools (e.g., MRP, ERP)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or product costing
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support team development
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
