Duration: 4–6 months (Contract) + Possible Extension / Full-Time Conversion

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Structures Technician to support aerospace manufacturing and assembly operations. This role involves working on structural components, ensuring high-quality builds, and supporting production timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, installation, and repair of structural components
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Support troubleshooting and rework as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in structures, aerospace, or related field
• Experience with drilling, fastening, sealing, and composite/metal structures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace or aviation industry experience
• Experience with composites or sheet metal structures
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing
