This position contributes to our vision by:Analyzing customer specifications and flowing requirements into manufacturing processesPartnering with product engineering, manufacturing leadership, and support teams to meet business objectivesDefining and improving process layouts, workstation designs, and tooling to optimize product flow and operator performanceSupporting standardization initiatives and implementing company engineering strategies across programsResolving manufacturing process issues through problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsDeveloping and maintaining quality plans, inspection plans, and test plans to ensure contract and customer requirements are metContributing to a strong safety culture by adhering to safe work practices and supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives
