Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tooling setup and basic repair tasks to support manufacturing operations.
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify tooling based on design specifications and blueprints.
- Operate factory support equipment, including forklifts and staging tools, to transport tools and materials.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Support tooling readiness efforts by interpreting blueprints and executing tool use instructions.
- Assist with reverse engineering and identifying fabrication/assembly processes for tool and part designs.
- Provide tooling support across production and engineering teams as needed.
- Safety Sensitive position
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training preferred.
Minimum 1 year of related experience in tooling, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
Electrical and welding background for basic fabrication and repair work.
Forklift operation experience (must meet safety certification requirements).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints for tooling design, setup, and usage instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physically active tasks in a manufacturing environment.
On-site role; travel not required.
