What You’ll Do:

• Interpret detailed diagrams and wire lists to assemble wire harnesses accurately.
• Select appropriate wires based on color, markings, and length specifications.
• Route and tie wires securely on harness boards to meet design standards.
• Perform soldering and crimping to attach wire ends using specialized tools.
• Apply sealants and conduct continuity tests to ensure reliable performance.
• Carry out thorough visual and dimensional inspections to maintain quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in wire harness assembly is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, steady hand dexterity, and solid basic math skills.
• IPC Certification and J Standard soldering experience are advantageous.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
