We’re looking for skilled Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. Pay Range: $24–$35/hour (DOE)

Job Description:

• Verify traveler documentation for correct part numbers, revisions, and quantities
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects
• Cut, de‑jacket, and strip cables with accuracy
• Load connectors, apply labels, and perform heat‑shrink operations
• Assemble wire harnesses using board layouts and detailed instructions
• Sign off on completed work orders
• Package materials safely and ensure proper identification
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards promptly
• Arrive on time and adhere to the work schedule

• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and stripping/crimping machines
• Familiarity with IPC‑620 standards (preferred)
• Experience with assembly, blueprint reading, soldering, wiring, or labeling
• Aerospace, aviation, or electronics manufacturing experience
• Mechanical assembly and schematic interpretation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
