Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler Located in Exton, PA paying up to $30 per hour Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler who can expertly interpret and utilize engineering blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM). This role involves performing wiring, harnessing, and cabling tasks, including wire stripping, crimping, layout, and lacing in accordance with IPC 620 standards. The assembler will also set up and operate automated assembly equipment.
Responsibilities
- Understand and utilize engineering blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Perform wiring, harnessing, and cabling tasks, including wire stripping, crimping, layout, and lacing as per IPC 620 standards.
- Set up and operate automated assembly equipment.
- Ensure quality by conducting inspection checks throughout all phases of production.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of wire harnessing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with ISO 9000 standards.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Capable of reading small print.
- Proficiency with manual and powered hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the aircraft avionics industry is desired.
- IPC-610 Certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
-Current benefit package includes a comprehensive Medical (Independent Administrators), Dental (MetLife), & Vision (VBA) program with no grace period
-Vacation - 2 weeks accrual
-Holidays - 9 public +3 floating holidays
