Harbour Air Aerospace Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Skilled Labourer to join their team. Harbour Air Aerospace

Your Role
Guided by integrity and commitment to Harbour Air’s four core values – safety, innovation, customer service and team spirit – you will
work under the leadership of our Facility Maintenance Supervisor assisting in all aspects of facility maintenance/repair work for the
maintenance buildings and their contents.
WORK HOURS: Modified work week, 10.5 hour shifts; 4 days on, 3 off
LOCATION: Richmond (YVR) – Vancouver South Terminal, 4760 Inglis Drive, Richmond
TERM: Full-Time Regular
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance Department

RESPONSIBILITIES
• General maintenance and repair duties
• Organizing, janitorial duties, painting, leak repair (roof/walls) and landscape maintenance
• Preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems, machinery, and base operations operate efficiently
• Basic construction, carpentry, plumbing and mechanical maintenance repairs
• Repair, preventative maintenance and cleaning/detailing of company vehicles and ground support equipment
• Moving aircraft and parts YVR airside
• Other duties as directed/required

QUALIFICATIONS/ASSETS
• Clear and proven commitment to safety (for yourself and others) in line with our “Safety First” mandate
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and safety-sensitive environment
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability and desire to work in a close-knit, team-based environment
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible schedules
• Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions at both water and land bases
• Must be comfortable with heights and experienced using ladders, scissor lifts etc.
• Preference for candidates with experience with vehicle maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, basic hydraulics an asset
• Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass a security clearance check
