Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Aircraft Control Safety Leader (f/m) to join our A/C Control Certification and Safety team based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:
You will lead and secure the execution of the System Safety activities, for the A/C control domain, on the new Integrated Flight Control Computer development for A320 and A220 program. The typical activities are :
Planification and optimization of Safety activities (regular synchro meeting with the various stakeholders, Prepare the schedule of activities and deliverables, S/C management…)
Secure overall consistency of the safety deliverables for all the concerned A/C control ATAs.
Provide continuous Safety awareness to all the project contributors, in order to align the WoW and the expectations towards the project contributors
As the “A/C control system safety leader” you will work closely with various stakeholders in a transnational environment (France, Germany, Canada): designers, Safety teams, Designated Certification Specialists, project and program managers, A/C program, safety director, suppliers (internal and external), ..
Your boarding pass:
At least 5 years experience in one of the following domains: system safety, flight controls or auto flight system development.
A strong experience in system architecture and integration, or engineering.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Autonomy and ability to motivate diverse teams
Negotiation level in English and French
