POSITION: ADJUNCT PROFESSOR OF ECONOMETRICS FOR AVIATION
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PART TIME INSTRUCTOR
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Ph.D. in Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
Relevant experience in econometrics, preferably within the aviation sector, including roles in economic analysis, forecasting, or consulting is desirable.
Possess expertise in Econometrics Principles: Strong understanding of econometric theories, models, and techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and panel data methods; Aviation Industry Insight: Familiarity with economic concepts and issues specific to the aviation industry, such as demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analysis; Statistical Software Proficiency: Experience with econometric software (e.g., R, Stata, SAS, EViews) for data analysis and modelling; Data Analysis: Ability to analyse large datasets and interpret econometric results within the context of aviation.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
