The AI & Multimedia Officer at Caribbean Airlines is responsible for creating high-quality multimedia content using both AI-driven and traditional tools. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their multimedia needs, producing visually compelling images, graphics, and videos, and continuously improving content quality. The analyst will also stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance media production efficiency and creativity and optimize workflows for scalability.

KEY DELIVERABLES

1. Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather multimedia project requirements.
• Translates stakeholder needs into detailed project plans and deliverables.

1. Multimedia Creation:

• Designs and produces high-quality images, graphics, and videos using AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, DALL-E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) and traditional software.
• Ensures all multimedia content aligns with brand standards and project goals.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Regularly reviews and refines multimedia content to maintain high quality.
• Implements feedback from stakeholders to enhance content effectiveness.

1. Emerging Technologies:

• Stays informed about the latest trends and technologies in multimedia content creation.
• Experiments with new tools and techniques to improve creativity and production efficiency.

1. Workflow Optimization:

• Identifies opportunities to streamline multimedia production processes.
• Implements best practices to ensure scalability and efficiency in content creation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

You will have:

• A bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in creating and manipulating visual multimedia content
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative ideas and transform them into high-quality, professional deliverables.
• Proven experience in using AI-based content generation tools such as Runway ML, DALL-E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms for creative media production.
• Solid understanding of AI-driven multimedia generation techniques, including prompt engineering, asset modification, and enhancement.
• Programming skills in Python, C, SQL and other programming languages are an asset.
• Experience or certification in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

You must possess a proven track record in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing multimedia projects. You Must be able to work and produce results in a fast-paced working environment. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking are important requirements of the role.
