Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Ingénierie d&39;Approvisionnement (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Supply Engineering sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de membres transnationaux répartis à travers le monde, au sein du département Approvisionnement , en charge de fournir des solutions technologiques pour l&39;approvisionnement en pièces de rechange à plusieurs parties prenantes.

Cet apprentissage consistera à travailler sur des solutions de réparations majeures, quotidiennes et de pièces hors production, contribuant ainsi à l&39;amélioration continue, la durabilité et l&39;innovation.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre/octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Soutenir la gestion de projet visant à améliorer l&39;efficacité des opérations logistiques grâce à une solution numérique basée sur l&39;IA axée sur la durabilité, la réduction des coûts et l&39;amélioration des délais.

• Supporter le Business Case du projet, incluant l&39;impact financier, le calcul de la décarbonation et la satisfaction client.

• Soutenir l&39;analyse de l&39;adaptation potentielle de la solution d&39;IA pour améliorer l&39;E2E de la logistique des pièces de rechange.

• Soutenir la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus et solutions potentiels.

• Soutenir les solutions d’ingénierie d’approvisionnement E2E.

• Assistance pour les demandes de pièces de rechange.

• Définition des processus opérationnels : Contrôle des exportations…

• Support aux activités d&39;amélioration continue : KPI, identification des causes profondes, suivi des plans d&39;action, développement du site Google.

• Innovation et transformation numérique.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;3/5 dans le domaine de l&39;ingénierie pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans. Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Compétence en gestion de projet.
• Capacité à créer des business cases.
• Connaissances en intelligence artificielle.
• Maîtrise des applications Google.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : courant.

Francais : Courant.

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

You will join a transnational team distributed across different locations worldwide, within the department responsible for providing technological solutions for spare parts procurement to various stakeholders.

This apprenticeship will consist of contributing to the overall mission objective, starting in September/October 2024, and lasting for 1, 2, or 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Supporting project management of an exciting initiative aimed at improving the efficiency of logistical operations through a digital solution based on AI, focusing on sustainability, cost reduction, and lead time improvement.

• Supporting the Business Case of the project, including financial impact, decarbonization calculation, and customer satisfaction.

• Assisting in the analysis of potential adaptation of the AI solution to enhance end-to-end spare parts logistics.

• Supporting the implementation of new processes and potential solutions.

• Supporting end-to-end supply engineering solutions.

• Assisting with spare parts requests.

• Defining operational processes: Export control...

• Supporting continuous improvement activities: KPIs, root cause identification, action plan follow-up, Google site development.

• Innovation and digital transformation.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43; 3/5 level training in the field of engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Competence in project management.

• Ability to create business cases.

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence.

• Proficiency in Google applications.

Language skills:

English: fluent.

French : fluent

Our selection process:
