Cet apprentissage consistera à supporter plusieurs chefs de projet dans la définition des nouveaux processus de facturation et l&39;adaptation des outils informatiques pour la location de composants avion et assurer ensuite la mise en place des solutions définies. Cette activité a pour objectif d’améliorer la performance financière et opérationnelle du département. 

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Support global dans la gestion du projet d’amélioration/transformation autour de la location de composants avion

• Analyse des processus et des outils existants, des besoins métier et leur contraintes respectives (As- Is analysis)

• Proposition de solutions d&39;amélioration des points de vue processus et outils (To BE proposal)

• Mise en forme de la solution envisagée avec des outils de visualisation

• Support dans l’animation, coordination de communautés et adoption de la solution

• Production de supports de communication

Étant donné le scope étendu du projet sur lequel l’apprenti(e) pourra contribuer,  le tuteur sera en mesure d’adapter les missions de l’apprentissage aux compétences et envies de l’apprenti(e).

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC&43;5 dans le domaine de l’ingénierie, informatique, la gestion de projets, gestion d’entreprise, amélioration continue ou logistique/supply chain pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Google workplace);

• Connaissances sur des systèmes ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning /Planification des Ressources d&39;Entreprise);

• Capacité d’analyse et rigueur;

• Adaptabilité;

• Curiosité;

• Travail en équipe.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  : Courant;

Français : Courant.

This apprenticeship will involve supporting several project managers in defining new billing processes and adapting IT tools for aircraft component leasing, followed by implementing the defined solutions. This activity aims to improve the financial and operational performance of the department.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Global support in managing the improvement/transformation project related to aircraft component leasing;

• Analysis of existing processes and tools, business needs, and their respective constraints (As-Is analysis);

• Proposal of solutions for process and tool improvements (To Be proposal);

• Formatting the proposed solution using visualization tools;

• Support in facilitating, coordinating communities, and adopting the solution;

• Production of communication materials.

Given the extensive scope of the project on which the apprentice can contribute, the mentor will be able to adapt the apprenticeship tasks to the apprentice&39;s skills and interests.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43;5 level training program in the field of engineering, computer science, project management, business management, continuous improvement, or logistics/supply chain for an apprenticeship duration of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Google Workplace);

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning);

• Analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Adaptability;

• Curiosity;

• Teamwork.
