Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Conception de structures métalliques/composites (h/f) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département Conception - Amélioration continue Airbus France en charge du développement et de l’industrialisation de nouvelles technologies des structures aéronautiques du périmètre Airbus France.

Cet apprentissage consistera à proposer des solutions pragmatiques, sûres et rapides pour améliorer les montées en cadence de nos avions commerciaux

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Conception et dimensionnement de structure métalliques et composites

• Etudes de faisabilité et de gain de coût 

• Rationalisation / Simplification de solutions techniques existantes 

• Amélioration, automatisation et digitalisation de nos processus de conception

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de la conception mécanique pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Vous avez envie de relever des challenges et en vous attaquant à des problèmes techniques

• Vous êtes naturellement curieux et n’avez pas peur de poser des questions

• Vous aimez interagir avec votre environnement

• Vous avez des connaissances dans la conception de structures métalliques et composites.

• Vous êtes capable de prendre du recul et de proposer de nouvelles idées.

• Vous maitrisez les logiciels de CAO (CATIA…)

• Vous avez des notions de programmation ou une attirance pour la digitalisation d’activités récurrentes.

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : intermédiaire 

• Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

You will join a team of 15 members in the Design - Continuous improvement Airbus France   department in charge of the development and industrialization of new technologies for aeronautical structures within the Airbus France scope.

This apprenticeship will consist will consist of offering pragmatic, safe and rapid solutions to improve the ramp-up of our commercial aircraft

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Design and sizing of metal and composite structures

• Feasibility and cost savings studies

• Rationalization / Simplification of existing technical solutions

• Improvement, automation and digitalization of our design processes

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of mechanical design or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• You want to take on challenges and tackle technical problems

• You are naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions

• You like to interact with your environment

• You have knowledge in the design of metal and composite structures.

• You are able to step back and come up with new ideas.

• You are familiar with CAD software (CATIA, etc.)

• You have some knowledge of programming or an attraction to the digitalization of recurring activities.

Language skills:

• English: intermediate

• French: advanced

Our selection process

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
