Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Stratégie (H/F) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez le département Business & Industrial Strategy

Cet apprentissage consistera à fournir des analyses stratégiques pour soutenir la prise de décision de la direction de la stratégie.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Fournir des analyses à partir de données accessibles au public et à la contribution d&39;experts d&39;Airbus, pour soutenir la prise de décision, par exemple :

  • Analyses stratégiques

  • Analyses financières

  • Etudes de marché

  • Profils d’entreprises

• Les sujets des analyses dépendront des besoins au moment de la mission, et pourront couvrir :

  • Tendances observées dans le monde et dans l’industrie aéronautique

  • Positionnement d’Airbus au sein de son marché

  • Chaîne de valeur

  • Fournisseurs et acteurs par segment

  • Business model

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4/5 en école de commerce / management, pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissances théoriques de l’analyse stratégique, financière et des études de marché

• Capacité à comprendre des problématiques complexes

• Rigueur d’analyse

• Capacités de prise de recul et de synthèse

• Elaboration de présentations et messages clairs, concis et structurés

• Adaptabilité

• Curiosité

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : Courant (Minimaum C1)

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection :

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in Strategy (M/F/D)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on the Blagnac Campus 3 site. You will join the Business & Industrial Strategy department.

This apprenticeship will consist in providing strategic analyses to support decision-making of the strategy leadership team

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Provide analysis from publicly available data and input from Airbus experts, to support decision-making, for example:

  • Strategic analyses

  • Financial analyses

  • Marketing studies

  • Company profiles

• The subjects of the analyses will depend on the needs at the time of the mission, and may cover:

  • Trends observed around the world and in the aviation industry

  • Positioning of Airbus within its market

  • Value chain

  • Suppliers and players by segment

  • Business model

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in a business / management school, for an apprenticeship of 2 years

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Theoretical knowledge of corporate & business strategy, financial analysis and market research

• Ability to understand complex issues

• Rigor of analysis

• Ability to take a step back and synthesize

• Development of clear, concise and structured presentations and messages

• Adaptability

• Curiosity

- Language skills: 

English: advanced C1 at least

Our selection process 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
