ALT 2024 - Apprenti(e) en gouvernance de la donnée (f/h)

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en gouvernance de la donnée (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39;Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac - Wings Campus.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 personnes au sein du département Data office pour opération en charge d’assurer l’intégrité, la qualité, compliance des données utiles pour la production et la logistique. 

Cet apprentissage consistera en la définition et l&39;implémentation d’indicateurs pour le suivi de la compliance et qualité des données ainsi que des entretiens avec les parties prenantes pour l&39;implémentation des plans d’actions.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:

• Analyser le besoin métier, identification des indicateurs pertinents à mettre en place  

• Développement de requêtes sur les bases de données et visualisation des indicateurs 

• Entretien avec les parties prenantes (experts des processus métier, de la donnée métier) pour s’assurer de la pertinence des résultats et des plans d’actions à mettre en place

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac&43;5 dans le domaine de la Business Intelligence, de l&39;analyse de données ou tout autre domaine connexe pour un apprentissage d’une durée de  1, 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance de base des réglementations internationales relatives à la données: RGPD, Export control

• Connaissance en analyse et requêtage de données (SQL, python…), et outil de visualisation

• Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

• Gestion de projet 

• Communication

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais  :  Avancé 

• Français : Courant

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. 

Notre processus de sélection :

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. 

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

You will join a team of 5 people within the Data office department responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and compliance of data essential for production and logistics operations.

This apprenticeship will involve defining and implementing indicators to monitor data compliance and quality, as well as conducting interviews with stakeholders for the implementation of action plans.

This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 for a duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your mentor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Development of data quality indicators and definition of a remediation plan to improve data quality

• Interviews with the business and data access management

• Analysis of the sensitivity of data stored in shared folders

Skills & Requirements:

You will be enrolled in a Bac&43;5 level program in the field of Business Intelligence, data analysis, or any other related field for an apprenticeship lasting 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Basic Understanding of data governance and related regulation: GDPR, Export Control 

• Critical thinking and business analysis

• Technical competences: data analysis, database requests (SQL, Python) and dashboarding (Qlik, Looker studio)

• Project management

• Communication

Language skills:

• English: Advanced

• French: Fluent

Depending on the offers available, you may be required to travel.

The manager/mentor will organize interviews/exchanges with shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for this apprenticeship.
