Une offre d&39;apprentissage intitulée &34;Apprenti Ingénieur Assurance Qualité Logiciel (H/F)&34; vient d&39;ouvrir au sein du département Service Clients sur le site de Toulouse/Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez le département Innovation et Solutions Numériques en charge de développer des solutions logicielles numériques améliorant les opérations aériennes.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : supporter la définition d&39;une stratégie cross-équipe qui permettra de mesurer la performance globale de nos solutions logicielles et de nos livraisons.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre/octobre 2024 et durera 1, 2 ou 3 an(s).

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d&39;être éligible à une habilitation par des autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d&39;un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux principales activités suivantes : 

Encadrer les bonnes pratiques internes d&39;AQ,

Définir et suivre les KPI de qualité,

Mettre en œuvre des outils-cadres qui évaluent la qualité,

Consolider la rédaction des cas de tests au sein des équipes,

Analyser les meilleures pratiques du marché,

Soutenir les équipes agiles dans la planification et l’exécution de campagnes de tests,

Faire rapport et communiquer sur les activités et les résultats d&39;assurance qualité entre les équipes ;

Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes à travers des présentations et des ateliers

Assurer une entrée en service robuste de la solution numérique,

Intégrer les processus d&39;assurance qualité/de test dans le cycle de développement actuel

Compétences et prérequis :

Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau BAC&43; 4/5 dans le domaine du Génie Logiciel ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous disposez des connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Formation en génie logiciel (Master et supérieur).

Familiarité avec les bases des environnements modernes : plateforme basée sur le cloud, UX/UI, CI/CD, sécurité, big data, IA.

Une expérience du codage est un atout majeur.

Compréhension du développement agile (SAFe, Scrum)

Connaissance des tests unitaires, de régressions, d&39;acceptation, tant en méthodologie qu&39;à travers les outils courants du marché.

Compréhension des cas de tests, automatisation des tests

Esprit analytique : Être capable d&39;analyser les causes profondes et de proposer des solutions ;

Écouter et comprendre les besoins Dynamique et proactif

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : courant

Français : courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Software Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F)&34; has just opened within the department of Customer Services on Toulouse/Blagnac site.

You will join the department “Innovation and Digital Solutions” in charge of developing digital software solutions improving the airline operations.

This apprenticeship will consist in: Support the definition of a cross-team strategy that will help measuring overall performance of our software solutions and deliveries

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s).

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Framing internal QA best practices, define & monitor quality KPIs

• Implement frameworks tools that assess quality

• Consolidate test cases writing across the teams

• Analyze market best practices 

• Support agile teams in planning & executing test campaigns

• Report & communicate on cross-team QA activities and results; facilitate cross-team collaboration through presentations and workshops

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Ensuring robust entry into service of digital solution

• Embed quality assurance / testing processes in the current development cycle 

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; X level training in the field of Software Engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Software engineering education (Master and above). Familiarity with basics of modern environments: cloud-based platform, UX/UI, CI/CD, security, big data, AI. Experience of coding is a strong plus. 

• Understanding of agile development (SAFe, Scrum)

• Knowledge of Unit, Regressions, Acceptance testing, both in methodology and through common tools of the market. Understanding of test cases, test automation

• Analytical mind: Be able to analyze root causes and propose solutions; Listen and understand the needs

• Dynamic & proactive

English: intermediate/advanced/negotiation/fluent

French: intermediate/advanced/negotiation/fluent
