ATR - Tax Expert

Job Description:

What we&39;re going to do together

Being at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and rich and varied missions.

Within Tax & Customs department of ATR, the activities you may undertake will include:

• Conduct research and analysis on international target tax issues (permanent establishment, withholding tax, …)
• Monitoring and updating of transfer pricing documentation (with associated returns)
• Determine and conduct Tax policy at ATR
• Drafting of tax terms in contracts (sale, purchase, etc.)
• Support business activities with appropriate tax risk assessment
• Monitor and set up of all tax returns (VAT, DAS2, etc.)
• Carry out constant tax monitoring (tax regulations, etc.)
• Be Tax focal point and center of competence for ATR subsidiaries
• Coordinate tax analysis with external advisors

Desired start date and duration of the contract: November 2023

You have the profile we are looking for, if :

• Training area:  Specialized in tax law - Between 5 to 10 years of experience

• Desired school: Law school  (master degree)

• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax legislation

• Relational skills: Good interpersonal skills

• IT skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office and SAP

• Language skills: Professional level of English and French
