Faisant partie des Opérations & Procurement, le département Excellence Opérationnelle et Logistique est en charge des projets d’amélioration transverse, d’analyse de donnée et monitoring, du monitoring de la performance et reporting ainsi que les processus et la gestion des risques et opportunités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

- Performance

• Support aux indicateurs existants dans le scope Achats, Supply Chain et logistique ainsi qu’assurer la migration, le développement et l’automatisation dans PowerBi et/ou d’autres plateformes dédiées.
• Support au leader Performance et Process afin de mesurer la performance des Achats, Supply Chain & Logistique. Assembler, consolider et mettre à disposition les KPI agréés avec les différents départements.
• Support aux départements Achats, Supply Chain et Logistique pour la mise en œuvre et le suivi des plans d’actions.

- Processus

• Support aux revues processus Achats, Supply Chain & Logistique.
• Support à l’analyste Performance dans les projets d’amélioration liés aux outils achats.
• Réorganisation et définition de la structure des espaces de travail collaboratif Achats.

Detailed description of the mission :

Part of the Operations & Procurement directorate, the Transverse Operational Excellence department (OE) is in charge of transversal improvement projects, data analysis & monitoring, performance monitoring & reports as well as business processes & risk management.

- PERFORMANCE

• Support the existing key performance indicators for the scope Procurement, Supply Chain & logistics and ensure the appropriate migration & automatization to PowerBi and/or other dedicated platform.
• Support the Performance & Process leader to measure the performance of Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics by collecting, consolidating and providing the relevant key performance indicators agreed with the relevant departments.
• Support the departments for the relevant action plans follow up and drumbeat.  

- PROCESS

• Attend and support the organization of the quarterly process reviews for Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Support the Performance Analyst in improvement projects related to the procurement tools (COUPA).
• Reorganise the structure and organization of the shared collaborative environments of Procurement.
