Contract Position
Pay Estimated: $47.62-$52.62/Hour

Microsoft 365 Developer job is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Aerospace and Defense company. In this remote, work from home, telecommute job you will be involved in every phase of application development lifecycle, including configuration, customization, maintenance, and interfacing of business applications while consulting and collaborating with business leaders, end users, IT staff, vendors, and third parties. Responsibilities will include requirements specification, solution design, prototype plans, developing and testing code, solution release, supporting issue analysis and resolution, designing creative prototypes, writing high quality source code within schedule deadlines and ensuring application interoperability with IT infrastructure components
Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support SharePoint Online applications while ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Platform, Exchange, and Azure AD).
- Gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, build prototypes, develop custom code/components, and manage solution deployment within the M365 ecosystem.
- Perform unit, integration, and functional testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure compliance with enterprise security and performance standards.
- Enhance and extend existing applications by reprogramming, updating features, and leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, while implementing coding best practices to improve application reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Consult and collaborate with business leaders, end users, IT staff, vendors, and third parties involved in every phase of application development lifecycle
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities,
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering and/or related field or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of related experience or Masters degree and 3 years of related experience.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, and legacy tools (SharePoint Designer, InfoPath).
- Programming & Scripting: Skilled in TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL scripting, and automation scripting, with strong experience designing and building enterprise applications.
- Application Development & Integration: Extensive experience in solution architecture, application development, and system integration across M365 and third-party platforms.
- Agile & DevOps Practices: Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps methodologies for scalable and secure delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to act independently on complex initiatives, leveraging deep application administration knowledge and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
