As our new Advisor Security & Emergency Response, you will be responsible for implementing aviation security policies and regulations across our operations and destinations. You will contribute to investigations, oversight, training, and inspections — ensuring that Norwegian continues to meet international and national aviation security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement aviation security policies and regulations in the airline’s operations and at all destinations
- Maintain and follow up procedures and regulations concerning security
- Contribute to and handle investigations and case processing
- Support security oversight, training, and inspections
- Register and follow up documents regarding Norwegian/Swedish background checks
- Process and conduct investigations related to reports
- Contribute to general areas under the Security department (including ICAO Annex 17)
- Travel activity must be expected

Your Background and Expertise:
- At least 3 years of experience in aviation-related roles (e.g., Aviation Facilitation, airline operations, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Solid administrative experience, preferably within airline operations
- Knowledge of aviation security frameworks and international standards (ICAO Annex 17 is an advantage)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Norwegian/Swedish and English
Characteristics and Personality:
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to balance regulatory compliance with practical operational needs
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
- Team player who thrives in collaboration with both internal colleagues and external authorities
Additional Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be eligible for valid background clearance from both the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority and the Swedish Transport Agency
- The role requires working from our office at Oslo Airport (OSL/Gardermoen) one day per week
