Job Description:

Airbus China R&D center introduction

The Airbus China R&D Centre is located in Suzhou, China. It will carry out R&D activities focusing on the next generation technologies, and merge the new trends of information technology and the manufacturing & services business in Aerospace to provide R&D and innovation services for Airbus globally in hydrogen infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, electrification, sustainable cabin and future new technologies. It will lead the transformation and upgrading the Aerospace industry with digitalization and intelligence.

His / her task includes but not limits to:

• Delivery owner of interaction in standard workgroups

• Define strategy of approaching standards workgroups in China based on company goals and strategy

• Build connections and influences in standard workgroups

• Preparing corresponding technical material to support influencing standardization works with technology teams

• Deeply understanding corresponding standards and drafts in Europe and US      

• Strategic activities

                          Define AIRBUS China standard strategy based on the company goals and strategy

• Client related activities

                          Build, maintain and drive connection and influences in standard workgroups 

• Operational activities

                          Ensure standardization activities well aligned and exposed with global stakeholders  

• Developmental activities

                         Develop technical materials to support influencing standardization works with technology teams.  

• Education: 

Engineering related majors is must

Master degree is must, PHD is plus

• Experience:

Minimum 3 years working experience in standardization is needed.

Abroad experience is appreciated

• Basic Skills: 

Both oral and written English communication skill is a must

• Soft skills

Self-motivated working attitude and result-oriented thinking mindset.

Good study capability towards new domain.

Good presenter, good writer

Problem solver

Very good communication skills
