Join easyJet’s Engineering and Maintenance team, a group known across the industry for pushing boundaries and finding smart, innovative solutions that keep Europe’s favourite orange fleet in top form.
As part of our Aircraft Appearance team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that every easyJet aircraft looks as good as it flies, delivering an exceptional passenger experience across our entire network. Reporting directly to the Aircraft Appearance Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of aircraft presentation, working closely with internal teams, cabin appearance teams, MROs, and livery specialists who help support our growing fleet of over 350 aircraft.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of overseeing and auditing the performance of our third-party suppliers, making sure that interior and exterior cleaning, cabin trim standards, and supplier compliance are always on point. If you love to travel this role is for you! You’ll visit bases all over the network each week to conduct audits, analyse trends in performance and customer feedback, and carry out investigations when things don’t meet the mark. Your insight and attention to detail will directly shape the easyJet look and feel that our customers know and love.
You’ll also lead the charge in designing and delivering training programs that raise the bar across the board, ensuring our partners and internal departments are equipped to deliver consistent quality and efficiency. Working hand-in-hand with our internal engineering teams, you’ll help define, develop, and embed improved processes and strategies that keep us at the forefront of reliability and appearance excellence. This role isn’t just about keeping maintaining the aircrafts appearance, it’s about representing the easyJet brand with pride and ensuring our passengers experience our commitment to excellence before they even take off.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key, as you’ll be collaborating with both internal teams and a wide range of external partners. Attention to detail and a sharp focus on cost management will help you stay on top of competing priorities, while your organisational skills keep everything running smoothly. Being comfortable with Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of AMOS or familiarity with Part M and Part 145 regulations is a bonus (but don’t worry, we’ll support your learning).
Above all, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset that helps drive easyJet’s high standards across its entire network.
