Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aircraft Control - Test engineer (f/m) to join our Control Modelling, Simulation & V&V department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of an integrated team and will work collaboratively with system designer teams and V&V test teams to coordinate the maturity testing activities of Aircraft control systems (Auto-flight ATA22, Flight Control ATA27) on a simulated platform (VSIM-D) on one or several programs.

This position will offer the opportunity to discover/extend your knowledge on Aircraft Control systems and their development working in close collaboration with the designers.
The maturity tests are an essential step in the V&V process to ensure maturity of the final products. They allow testing and identifying/correcting potential defects in early stages of the development before the official test campaign.
You will participate to the following activities:
Prepare, perform Tests and associated analysis and investigation on simulated platform
Coordinate maturity tests activity on simulated platform: testing roadmap, workload estimation, test results report all along the development and for the dedicated milestones (ex: Flight Clearance)
Work in close collaboration with Design team and other testing teams
Participate to Testing tools development: Define & update Testing Tools needs, follow-up development and validation
Define, update and validate Testing Usage Domain
