Aircraft Technician – Kemble (3-Month Initial Contract)
Pay: 35.00 – 40.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: Kemble (Cotswold Airport, Cirencester)
Contract: 3-month initial (with potential extension)

The Role
Morson Talent are recruiting for experienced Aircraft Technicians to join an exciting aerospace project in Kemble. You’ll be working of the fitting of Sheet Metal and Composite materials.

Key Duties

Assembly and maintenance of aircraft systems in line with engineering drawings and build plans

Build, test, and commission mechanical sub-assemblies and full aircraft systems

Support test rigs and flight test programmes in the UK and overseas

Maintain high standards of tool control, FOD prevention, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship (commercial or military)

2–5 years’ experience in aircraft production, maintenance, or overhaul

Strong knowledge of structural production techniques and composite materials

Ability to interpret maintenance manuals and engineering drawings

Flexible, proactive, and detail-focused approach
