As our operation continues to grow, we are seeking a mid-level Aircraft Mechanic with hands-on experience in business jet maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to expand technical expertise across multiple aircraft platforms while working alongside an experienced and highly collaborative maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance on supported business jet aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and OEM manuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic avionics discrepancies to minimize aircraft downtime
• Conduct detailed inspections ensuring compliance with airworthiness directives and safety standards
• Accurately complete maintenance records, service logs, and inspection documentation in FAA-compliant formats
• Coordinate closely with inspection, parts, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and turnaround times
• Support AOG events as required, ensuring rapid, high-quality response

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an Aircraft Mechanic in business aviation
• Demonstrated experience on Hawker, Falcon, Citation, or Gulfstream aircraft
• Strong working knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and OEM maintenance procedures
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
• FAA A&P Certification (required)
