Job Title: Aircraft Sealer
Job Description
We are seeking skilled technicians with sealing experience to join our team working on the wings for a high-profile aerospace project. The role involves working in confined spaces, such as wing fuel tanks, performing tasks like drilling holes, installing fasteners, skins, rivets, nut plates, and sealing. Technicians will work off job tasks, conducting repairs, and performing precision drilling to install bushings. Outside the wing, they will fix misaligned parts and may be called upon to drill small skins on the wing surface when required.
Responsibilities
- Perform drilling, installing fasteners, skins, rivets, nut plates, and sealing in confined spaces.
- Conduct precision drilling and bushing installation beyond hydraulic tubs.
- Repair misaligned parts outside the wing.
- Work off job tasks and perform necessary repairs.
- Drill small skins on wing surfaces as needed.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Solid understanding of change management processes.
- Strong leadership skills with a professional ethic and proven organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Oak, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
