JOB TITLE: Aircraft Systems Assembly - Free Housing Support

PAY RATE: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Variable shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and overtime as needed based on business demands.

Summary:

Performs routine assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies, aircraft systems, and accessories. Tasks include:

Following detailed instructions, reading blueprints, and interpreting specifications

Conducting hydraulic, lighting, interior repairs, duct, waste, and water system installations

Selecting appropriate parts, tools, and materials for installation

Reporting constraints, performing rework, functional checks, and authorized adjustments

Drilling close-tolerance holes, indexing tools, and measuring gaps

Maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area and adhering to safety protocols

Required Skills:

High school diploma or GED

1+ years of assembly experience following detailed work instructions

Basic computer skills, troubleshooting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional two-person lifts for heavier items

Frequent bending, crouching, overhead work, and standing on various surfaces

Exposure to sealants, solvents, noise, elevated platforms, and varying conditions
