Are you our new Amadeus Trainer?

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Amadeus Trainer for Customer Care. As an Amadeus Trainer you will deliver high quality training and strengthen operational capability across Customer Care through deep expertise in the Amadeus platform.

The role works closely with Product Trainers, operational teams, and key stakeholders to identify system-related knowledge gaps, deliver targeted training and coaching, and ensure training content remains current, compliant, and aligned with operational needs. This role is based in our Fornebu office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering advanced, high-quality Amadeus training across ARDW/web-based and cryptic/native environments
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Amadeus within Customer Care
  • Developing agent capability beyond basic system usage, enabling autonomy in complex and non-standard scenarios
  • Designing and delivering targeted upskilling and refresher training to address system-related knowledge gaps
  • Supporting operational performance through improved system proficiency and reduced escalations
  • Maintaining and continuously improving Amadeus training materials in line with system updates and operational needs
  • Providing expert support to Product Trainers and contributing to onboarding and broader training initiatives
  • Coaching and mentoring agents on advanced system usage and complex operational scenarios
  • Collaborating with operational teams, QA, and key stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • 1 year experience as a trainer, teacher or facilitator, with proven ability to engage and support diverse learner profiles.
  • Hands on experience with Amadeus from an operational environment.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Amadeus GDS, including ARDW/web-based and cryptic entries
  • Are experienced in complex bookings, ticketing, and IRROPS scenarios
  • Can clearly explain advanced system logic and workflows
  • Are a confident communicator with strong English skills
  • Understand customer care processes and how they translate into system execution
  • Are familiar with Norwegian’s products, services, and quality standards
  • Hold an Amadeus certification (preferred)
