Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) Monteur / Préparateur de maquettes pour essais aérodynamiques (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39;Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac Wings Campus. 
Cet apprentissage consistera à: contribuer à la modélisation aérodynamique de nos avions par l&39;intermédiaire de maquettes à échelle réduite et d’essais en soufflerie.

Si vous êtes passionné de mécanique de précision, si vous êtes attiré par la mise au point de prototypes uniques, cette offre de monteur de maquettes aérodynamiques est pour vous. Vous ferez partie d’une équipe qui ajuste, assemble et prépare les maquettes aérodynamiques, instrumentation inclus, pour les rendre prêtes aux essais dans les souffleries majeures d’Europe.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans. 
 

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 
Phase 1: Préparation de la maquette en atelier

• travaux d’ajustage mécanique de chaque pièces élémentaires de la maquette

• travaux d’instrumentation: mise en place des capteurs, cheminement des câbles, essais de validation

• travaux de montage, assemblage et contrôle de la maquette

Phase 2: Montage en soufflerie et assistance aux essais

• montage de la maquette sur son support dans la soufflerie

• travaux d’assistance technique en soufflerie pour assurer les changements de configuration de la maquette nécessaires aux essais

• de nombreux déplacements principalement en Europe sont à prévoir

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;2 dans un cursus technicien pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans. 

• ajustage/assemblage mécanique de précision

• mise en œuvre de tour et fraiseuse classique (retouches ou pièces simples)

• autocontrôle; autonomie et créativité, analyse et prise de décision

• organisé et anticipation

• esprit d&39;équipe et bon niveau de communication

Compétences linguistiques:

Anglais: avancé

Français: avancé

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Model Builder/Preparator for Aerodynamic Testing (f/m)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Blagnac Wings Campus. You will join the name of the department in charge of contributing to the aerodynamic modeling of our aircraft through reduced-scale models and wind tunnel tests.

If you are passionate about precision mechanics, if you are attracted by the development of unique prototypes, this aerodynamic model assembler offer is for you. You will be part of a team that adjusts, assembles and prepares aerodynamic models, instrumentation included, to make them ready for testing in Europe&39;s major wind tunnels.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years. This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

The main activities and missions of this position can be divided into 2 phases:

Phase 1: Preparation of the model at the workshop

• mechanical adjustment work on each elementary part of the model

• instrumentation work: installation of sensors, routing of cables, validation tests

• assembly work, assembly and control of the model

Phase 2: Wind tunnel assembly and testing assistance

• assembly of the model on its support in the wind tunnel

• technical assistance work in the wind tunnel to ensure the model configuration changes necessary for the tests

• trips mainly to Europe are to be expected

Skills & Prerequisites: 
You are going to integrate a training program at a BAC &43;2 level as a technician apprentice for a duration of 2 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• precision mechanical adjustment/assembly

• implementation of a classic lathe and milling machine (retouches or simple parts)

• auto control; autonomy and creativity, analysis and decision-making

• thoroughness and precision

• organized and anticipation

• team spirit and good level of communication

• writing summary documents (test reports, good practices, etc.)

• good level in English and independent for travel in Europe and written exchanges with partners/wind tunnels

Our selection process 
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 
If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. If your application is shortlisted, the manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
