Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 personnes au sein du département Planification Financière stratégique du groupe.  

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2024 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 ans. 

Dans le cadre de la nouvelle organisation mise en place entre le Groupe et Airbus Commercial, un poste d&39;Apprenti analyste au sein de la Finance du groupe Airbus est ouvert pour renforcer l&39;Analyse Financière du CFO Groupe. Cet apprentissage offre un haut niveau de visibilité auprès du service contrôle de gestion et auprès du directeur financier du groupe et offre une opportunité unique d&39;interagir avec toutes les divisions pour effectuer des analyses financières.

L&39;apprenti rejoindra le service Contrôle de gestion du groupe (FZ) et notamment l&39;équipe de planification et d&39;analyse financière du groupe (FZA). Dans ce rôle, l&39;apprenti reportera à Emilie Brotons-Degombert qui est manager dans le département.

Les missions qui vous seront confiées : 

• Contribuer à la préparation des prévisions trimestrielles et des plannings opérationnels du groupe Airbus, ce qui comprend : l&39;analyse des données, la préparation des prévisions et la préparation des présentations au CFO et au conseil d&39;administration d&39;Airbus.

• Contribuer aux analyses réalisées afin de mieux comprendre la planification financière sur les 5 prochaines années, effectuée par chaque division (Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Airbus Defence and Space et Airbus Helicopters), afin de pouvoir accompagner et challenger les divisions.

• Contribuer à l’effort d’automatisation des fichiers de travail

• Contribuer au projet  Comparaison des données réelles comptables avec les données de planning  sur une base mensuelle/trimestrielle en mettant en place les bons modèles et rapports pour analyser les chiffres, et en mettant en place un processus convenu avec les différentes parties prenantes (équipes de planification dans les divisions et équipe de reporting groupe). 

• Concevoir une analyse automatisée des sociétés cotées via la base de données Capital IQ pour prendre en charge l&39;analyse financière des cibles potentielles, des tendances des pairs, des dernières transactions de marché, de l&39;évolution des indices boursiers…

• Contribuer aux présentations réalisées pour le top management concernant l&39;analyse du marché et des pairs (SWOT, tendances du marché, actualités, indicateurs clés de performance financière….)

• Analyse des performances de nos pairs et du marché, afin de les comparer aux performances des divisions d’Airbus et à l&39;ambition cible pour les 5 prochaines années.

• Bac &43; 5 Ecole de Commerce,

• Capacité à travailler en anglais (niveau professionnel)

• Esprit critique, logique et analytique

• Compétences en présentation et en simplification

• Capacité à travailler en équipe.

You will join the Strategic Financial Planning – FZA department in charge of the financial planning for Airbus Group. 

This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and will last 1 or 2 year(s). 

In the context of the new organization set up between the Group and Airbus Commercial, a Group Financial Apprenticeship Analyst position is open to reinforce the Financial Analysis for the Group CFO. This apprenticeship provides a high level of visibility to the Group Controlling and CFO and offers a unique opportunity to interact with all Divisions to perform financials analysis and reviews.

The apprentice will join the Group Controlling organization (FZ) and especially the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team (FZA). In that role the apprentice will report to, the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Emilie BROTONS-DEGOMBERT.

The position covers the following activities and opportunities: 

• Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and operative plannings for Airbus group, which includes: analysis of data, preparation of the forecasts, and preparation of presentations to the CFO and the board of directors of Airbus.

• Support the analysis performed in order to better understand the financial planning over the next 5 years, by each division (Airbus Commercial aircraft, Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters), in order to be able to support and challenge the divisions.

• Support further automation of the working files

• Support the project “Comparison actuals to plan” on a monthly / quarterly basis by setting up the right templates and reports to analyze the figures, and by setting up a process agreed with the different stakeholders (planning teams in the divisions and group reporting team)

• Design automated analysis on listed companies via Capital IQ database to support financial analysis on potential Targets, Peers trends, latest market transactions, Stock Market Indices evolution…

• Contribute to Top Management presentations regarding Market and Peers analysis (SWOT, Market Trends, Latest news, Key financial performance metrics….)

• Analysis of Peers and Market performance to compare them with Airbus Divisions key performances and target ambition over the next 5 years

Potentially, you could have to travel during your mission. All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.
