Une offre d&39;alternance intitulée  Apprenti(e) Spécialiste en Ressources Humaines (F/H) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez le département  HRBP en charge de sujets RH généralistes sur le périmètre industriel des Customer Lines (A320, 321, 330 et 350) incluant les métiers de la production et des fonctions supports.

Votre alternance consistera à accompagner, assister et initier des actions avec un HRBP dans ses différentes missions (recrutement, paie, développement, projets).

Idéalement, cette alternance de 2 ans commencerait en septembre 2024 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités:
Votre tuteur vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:

• Anticiper les besoins RH

• Participer aux décisions RH

• Déployer la campagne RH locale

• Participer aux projets RH groupe de votre secteur

Cette alternance vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Meilleure connaissance du milieu industriel aéronautique et de ses métiers associés

• Gestion de projets RH

• Accompagnement/développement des collaborateurs dans leur gestion de carrière

Votre carte d’embarquement :
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac &43;5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou une discipline apparentée

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

• Esprit d’équipe

• Adaptabilité

• Droit du travail

Compétences linguistiques attendues :
Anglais  : Avancé
Français  : intermédiaire

We offer an apprentice:  HR Generalist at Airbus Commercial in Toulouse.

Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac&43;5 in HR (or equivalent), and you have the following competences:

• Team spirit

• Adaptability

• Knowledge of labor Law

Language skills :
French  : intermediate
English  : FLUENT
