Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) Support Technique au Centre de Livraison (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Toulouse - Saint-Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 18 personnes au sein du département Maintenance Engineering en charge de supporter les groupes de production pendant la phase de livraison de l&39;avion au client.

Cet apprentissage consistera à apprendre le métier de Support Technique, les process et les livrables du domaine de la Maintenance Engineering (ME). Le Support Technique étant le point focal et référent ME au sein du groupe de production composé de tous les métiers nécessaires à la réaliser de la livraison de l&39;avion à son client final.

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an(s).
 

Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Réalisation d&39;enquêtes techniques suite aux aléas rencontrés lors du cycle de livraison,

• Création d&39;Ordres de Fabrication contenant tous les éléments et instruction pour réaliser les travaux sur avion,

• Apprentissage des process du ME: Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Engineering,

• Création d&39;avis de maintenance outillages.

Compétences & Prérequis:
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;2/3 dans le domaine Aéronautique pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes:

• Curiosité, souhait de comprendre les modes de fonctionnement,

• Esprit de synthèse,

• Habileté à communiquer,

• Méthodes de fabrication avion,

• Réglementation et process du milieu aéronautique.

Compétences linguistiques :
 

Anglais: intermédiaire
Français: courant
Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice Technical Support at the Delivery Center (f/m) has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Toulouse - Saint-Martin site.

You will join a team of 18 people within the Maintenance Engineering department responsible for supporting production groups during the aircraft delivery phase to the customer.

This apprenticeship will involve learning the Technical Support profession, processes, and deliverables in the Maintenance Engineering (ME) domain. Technical Support is the ME focal point and reference within the production group composed of all the necessary roles to complete aircraft delivery to its final customer.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 1, 2 or 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Conducting technical investigations following incidents encountered during the delivery cycle,

• Creating Manufacturing Orders containing all the elements and instructions to perform aircraft work,

• Learning ME processes: Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Engineering,

• Creating maintenance tooling notices.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43;2/3 level training program in the Aeronautics or equivalent for an apprenticeship duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

Curiosity, a desire to understand operational modes,

• Synthesis skills,

• Communication skills,

• Aircraft manufacturing methods,

• Regulations and processes in the aerospace industry.

Language Skills:

• English: Intermediate

• French: fluent

You may be required to travel depending on the offers available.
