An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Digital Content Creator (F/M)&34; has just opened within Commercial Aircraft Aviation Safety on Blagnac site. You will join the Safety Promotion department in charge of the Airbus Safety Promotion Centres and a number of other digital publishing platforms where engaging content to enhance safety of the air transport system is shared, with both internal and external audiences. 

This apprenticeship will consist of: Creating and coordinating the development of digital media assets that engage the audience with key messages about the need to continuously enhance safety across Airbus products, services, and to encourage growing our aviation safety culture.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 or 2 year(s). 

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Creating specifications and design content (e.g. scripts, storyboarding, etc.) for digital media assets such as  infographics, animation, and videos that engage Airbus employees in growing our safety culture.  
• Developing an immersive experience for visitors to the Safety Promotion Centre around the theme Airbus aircraft safety enhancements (e.g. virtual/augmented/mixed reality experiences)
• Proposing and implementing enhancements to interactive content (web based) for the Safety Promotion Centre visitors and other related platforms including publication, search engine optimisation and UI/UX improvements.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 4 or 5 level training in the field of communications, digital media or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

As a dynamic and proactive Digital Content Creator, you will need

• A keen interest in aviation, Airbus, its products and services. 

• The ability to distill complicated concepts into simple, easy-to-understand words, infographics, animations or videos, or other assets.

• To think about the audience first, while also keeping  in mind the brand, tone of voice and objectives to share information to enhance safety across the air transport system in an engaging way.

• The ability to brief and guide creative processes and outcomes.

• Work with internal experts to gather insights and information for compelling and factual content creation articulated around aviation safety.

• Can manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders to deliver safety information sharing assets.

• Continuously seek and propose best-practice digital content development, publishing processes, and tools.

• A sharp eye for detail and pride yourself on your editing and proofing abilities.

 Language skills: 

English: An ADVANCED level of English is required

French: intermediate 

Our selection process :

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d&39;un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux principales activités suivantes :

• Créer des spécifications et concevoir du contenu (par exemple des scripts, des storyboards, etc.) pour des supports de médias numériques tels que des infographies, des animations et des vidéos visant à impliquer les employés d&39;Airbus dans le développement de notre culture de la sécurité.
• Développer une expérience immersive pour les visiteurs du Centre de promotion de la sécurité sur le thème des améliorations de la sécurité des avions Airbus (par exemple, des expériences en réalité virtuelle/augmentée/mixte).
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations au contenu interactif (basé sur le web) pour les visiteurs du Centre de promotion de la sécurité et d&39;autres plateformes connexes, y compris la publication, l&39;optimisation pour les moteurs de recherche et les améliorations de l&39;interface utilisateur/expérience utilisateur.

Compétences et prérequis :

Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau BAC&43; 4 ou 5 dans le domaine de la communication, des médias numériques ou équivalent pour une période d&39;apprentissage de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous possédez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• En tant que créateur de contenu numérique dynamique et proactif, vous devez avoir un intérêt marqué pour l&39;aviation, Airbus, ses produits et services.
• La capacité à simplifier des concepts complexes en mots simples, faciles à comprendre, infographies, animations ou vidéos, ou autres supports.
• Penser d&39;abord à l&39;audience, tout en gardant à l&39;esprit la marque, le ton et les objectifs pour partager des informations afin d&39;améliorer la sécurité dans le système de transport aérien de manière engageante.
• La capacité à définir et à orienter les processus et résultats créatifs.
• Travailler avec des experts internes pour recueillir des informations et des insights pour la création de contenu convaincant et factuel articulé autour de la sécurité de l&39;aviation.
• Pouvoir gérer plusieurs projets, délais et parties prenantes pour fournir des supports de partage d&39;informations sur la sécurité.
• Rechercher et proposer en continu les meilleures pratiques en matière de développement de contenu numérique, de processus de publication et d&39;outils.
• Avoir un sens aigu du détail et être fier de vos capacités de correction et de révision.

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : un niveau AVANCÉ d&39;anglais est requis
• Français : intermédiaire
