Job Description:

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en gestion de projets d’amélioration/transformation (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe FHS Inventory de 12 peronnes au sein du département Flight Hour Services , rattachée au département Service Clients d’Airbus, offrant des solutions garanties allant de l’approvisionnement et la réparation de composants à la maintenance complète d’avions.

Cet apprentissage consistera à la mise en œuvre de l’amélioration continue et de la capitalisation des connaissances.

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Mise en œuvre des projets de transformation et d’amélioration continue pour l’équipe d’asset managers,

• Mise en place et suivi d’indicateurs de performance,

• Mise en œuvre du système de gestion de la qualité (capitalisation des connaissances, définition et rédaction des processus, support de sensibilisation et de formation).

Étant donné le scope étendu des projets sur lesquels l’apprenti(e) pourra contribuer,  le tuteur sera en mesure d’adapter les missions de l’apprentissage aux compétences et envies de l’apprenti(e).

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC&43;5 dans le domaine de l’Ingénierie, la Gestion de Projets, Gestion d’entreprise, Amélioration Continue ou Logistique/Supply Chain pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 à 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Méthodes de capitalisation des connaissances,

• Définition et rédaction de processus,

• Connaissance en gestion de projet,

• Connaissance en analyse de données,

• Rigueur,

• Autonomie,

• Force de proposition,

• Bonne communication,

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais  : courant,

• Français : courant.

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice in Improvement/Transformation Project Management (f/m) has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.

You will join the 12-person FHS Inventory team within the Flight Hour Services department, part of Airbus&39; Customer Services department, offering guaranteed solutions ranging from component procurement and repair to full aircraft maintenance.

This apprenticeship will involve the implementation of continuous improvement and knowledge capitalization.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 2 to 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Implementing transformation and continuous improvement projects for the asset managers team,

• Establishing and monitoring performance indicators,

• Implementing the quality management system (knowledge capitalization, defining and drafting processes, awareness and training support).

Given the extensive scope of the projects on which the apprentice can contribute, the mentor will be able to adapt the apprenticeship missions to the skills and desires of the apprentice.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43;5 level training program in the field of in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Continuous Improvement, or Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent for an apprenticeship lasting 2 to 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of knowledge capitalization methods,

• Definition and drafting of processes,

• Knowledge of project management,

• Knowledge of data analysis,

• Rigor,

• Autonomy,

• Proactive,

• Good communication,

• Teamwork.

Language Skills:

• English: Fluent,

• French: Fluent.
