Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée &34;Apprenti(e) support chef de projet ingénierie des systèmes spatiaux&34; vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39; Airbus Defence and Space sur son site de Toulouse - Palays.

Vous êtes motivé, vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe de 11 personnes au sein de la Division Space Systems Engineering. Cet apprentissage consiste à soutenir les projets de transformation, de la Division Space System Engineering.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d&39;être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

● Aide à l&39;organisation et au suivi des réunions : définition d&39;un agenda pertinent avec les priorités business
● Contribuer à assurer le bon suivi des actions
● Contribuer à garantir une préparation efficace des principales réunions
internes et externes, en fournissant des informations/présentations pertinentes pour soutenir les processus de prise de décision.
● Aide à la préparation et à la coordination des TSE Business Events
● Aider à communiquer la stratégie d&39;ingénierie spatiale au sein des équipes
● Aider à suivre et valider la cohérence des informations à diffuser en interne comme en externe

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de l’Ingénierie Aérospatiale ou équivalent avec une capacité de se plonger dans des sujets complexes pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
● Ingénierie aérospatiale et/ou commercial / marketing

● Construire/établir des recommandations
● Bon niveau de communication.
● Interagir et Influencer

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : Négociation

Français : Négociation

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Project Manager support Space Systems Engineering&34; has just opened within Airbus Defence and Space on Toulouse - Paylays site. You will join the Space Systems Engineering Division on Toulouse Palays site.

This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the Space System Engineering transformation projects.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 2 years. This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:

● Help with the organization and monitoring of meetings: definition of a relevant agenda with business priorities.
● Contribute to ensuring the proper monitoring of actions
● Help ensure effective preparation for key internal and external meetings, providing relevant information/presentations to support decision-making processes.
● Help with the preparation and coordination of TSE Business Events
● Help communicate space engineering strategy within teams
● Help monitor and validate the consistency of information to be distributed internally and externally

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43;5 level training in the field of Aerospatial Engineering or equivalent with the capability to understand complex topics for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:
● Aerospace Engineering &/or MBA
● Build/establish recommendations
● Good level of communication.
● Interact and Influence
