Analysis of machine setup optimizations (SMED) on chosen workstations.

Substantive scope of the project:

1. Identify workstations bottlenecks in support of planning department.
2. Identify which workstations setups are most impacted by decrease in quantity of batch.
3. Perform analysis of set up times, efficiency, tools used etc.
4. Analyze ways of optimizing of the setup times and propose solutions.
