Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Aprrenti(e) Chef de Projet Transformation Numérique (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse- Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein du département Digital Workplace en charge de fournir les services innovants de collaboration au sein du groupe Airbus, du poste de travail jusqu’aux outils de type Google Workplace en passant par la téléphonie mobile et autres services.

Cet apprentissage consistera à: 

• Piloter des projets transverses et des équipes multi-métiers

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 à 3 an (s). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes: 

• Animer et reporter sur les risques et opportunités du service Digital Workplace

• Piloter des projets portant sur déploiement de la digitalisation au sein de nos filiales

• Mettre en place des tableaux de bord et des communications visuelles pour nos équipes

• Participer à la mise en place d’une dynamique d’équipe 

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine du marketing ou du digital ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Communication 

• Project Management 

Et vous bénéficier surtout d’un savoir-être pour apprendre et évoluer au sein d’une équipe:

• Dynamisme

• Esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : négociation 

Français : courant 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. 

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.

Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Digital Workplace (f/m)&34; has just opened within Airbus SAS  on Toulouse Blagnac site. You will join the Digital Workplace department in charge of Providing innovative collaboration services at Airbus group, from physical computer to the tools like Google Workplace but also mobile phone and other services. 

This apprenticeship will consist to work with the Lead Domain Architect of Digital Workplace on the description of our Information Systems, in order to model it to make the link between Airbus&39; business challenges and our Digital transformation 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 2 or 3 year(s). 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Animate and report the risks and opportunities for Digital Workplace department  

• Pilot the projects to deploy digitalisation on our affiliates

• Deploy dashboards and implement visual management to our teams 

• Participate to the team dynamic 

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of Digital or marketing or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Communication 

• Project Management 

With a capacity to adapt with soft skills

• Dynamism

• Team spirit

- Language skills: 

English: negotiation 

French: fluent 

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
